All quotations are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your individual contract. We typically require a deposit on commencement of work, with staged payments tied to project milestones, and a final payment on completion.

5. Guarantee

All structural work carries a 10-year workmanship guarantee. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
